运用PDCA循环法控制PICC维护期间局部感染率(请发增刊)

【】 目的 降低肿瘤患儿PICC维护期间穿刺部位的局部感染率。方法 综合我科2011年度新置管肿瘤患儿穿刺部位局部感染的问题运用PDCA循环法,加强对PICC维护期间护理的安全管理,提高护理质量,对2012年度新置管肿瘤患儿进行护理干预。结果 PDCA循环法实行后,肿瘤患儿PICC维护期间穿刺部位的局部感染率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 运用PDCA循环法可以有效控制PICC维护期间穿刺局部感染率。

Utilization of PDCA recycle in control of local infection during PICC maintenance periodCHEN Jun

Objective To decrease incidence of local infection during PICC maintenance period of pediatric cancer patients. Methods Integrate the problems of local infection for newly inserted PICC pediatric patients in 2011, utilize the PDCA recycle, enhance the credible managements during maintenance period, elevate the nursing quality, and then give improved nursing care for newly inserted pediatric cancer patients in 2012. Results After utilization of PDCA recycle, the local infection during PICC maintenance period of pediatric cancer patients decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion The utilization of PDCA recycle effectively controls the local infection during PICC maintenance period.
