| 摘 要： | 【】目的：探讨骨盆骨折后腹胀的原因及改善腹胀的护理对策。方法：对50例骨盆骨折患者腹胀的原因进行分析并找出相关因素,采取相应的护理措施。结果：通过综合护理干预,患者的腹胀程度减少,促进了患者的早日康复。结论：骨盆骨折腹胀发生率高,护理人员应重视对的腹胀护理,通过有效的护理,可大大减少腹胀,减轻患者的痛苦。

| Abstract: | Purpose: investigate the reason of the abdominal distension after pelvic fracture and improve relevant nursing treatments. Methods: collect information of 50 cases of abdominal distension after pelvic fracture, figure out the reason and relevant factors, and then certain nursing treatments are carried out. Results: through comprehensive nursing intervention, the level of abdominal distension decreases, recovery time is also reduced. Conclusion: abdominal distension is a high occurring complication after pelvic fracture, and nursing clinics should pay special attention to its treatment. Through effective nursing treatment, symptoms can be greatly alleviated. |
