木村病合并肾病综合征的护理

目的 探讨对木村病合并肾病综合征患者护理方面的注意要点和护理体会。 方法 收集木村病合并肾病综合征患者11例 ,观察治疗过程中患者症状的变化,开展严格基础护理、加强卫生宣教,同时加强针对伴随症状和使用药物过程中的特别护理。 结果 所有患者都有淋巴结肿大,并符合肾病综合症诊断标准;经病理学检查确诊木村病并同时存在器质性肾脏病变;经药物治疗结合严格护理,所有患者病情好转。 结论 木村病合并肾病综合征患者护理方面应加强基础护理和根据不同伴随症状和服药情况的针对性护理。

Nursing Care To Kimura"s Disease With Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To explore nursing care to the patient with Kimura"s disease associated with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 11 cases of Kimura"s disease associated with nephrotic syndrome were collectted , during the medication, the symptoms of disease were released, while strict basic nursing care were carried out, intensive cares were strengthened. Results All the patients got the definitive diagnosis of Kimura disease,and were also given the renal biopsy and histopathological examinations. Through the combination of medication , strict basic nursing care and special nursing care , all the patients got better. Conclusions The basic nursing care and the special care for different symptoms and medication should be strengthened to the patients .
