50例糖尿病病人营养状况评价

摘    要:目的:对糖尿病病人入院时进行营养评价,为制订个体化营养治疗方案和观察营养治疗效果提供依据.方法:对50例糖尿病病人入院时作人体测量和生化检查,与正常人群组作对照.结果:观察组病人的体质量、体质指数以及三酰甘油的平均值高于正常组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:采用多项综合指标评价糖尿病病人的营养状况,是营养治疗必不可少的措施之一.
