肺癌及配对癌旁组织中MRP8蛋白的表达及其临床意义

目的：研究MRP8蛋白与肺癌分化转移的关系。方法：采用免疫组化法和Western蛋白印迹法，观察肺癌及配对癌旁组织中MRP8蛋白的表达，并结合临床资料分析其意义。结果：在54．9％（45／82）的肺癌石蜡标本中有MRP8蛋白阳性表达，且阳性表达与细胞分化、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关，配对癌旁正常支气管上皮细胞中无阳性表达：Western蛋白印迹显示在65．5％（19／29）肺组织中有MRP8蛋白高表达。结论：MRP8蛋白与肺癌的演进有密切关系

Differential Expression of MRP8 Protein and Clinical Significance in Lung Cancer and Matched Paraneoplastic Tissues

Objective:To study the correlation between expression of the MRP8 protein and the differentiation and metastasis of lung cancer.Methods:IHC and Western blotting were used to observe the expression of MRP8 protein in lung cancer and matched paraneoplastic tissues,with results compared to the clinical data to determine significance.Results:In 45 of the 82(54.9%) paraffin-embedded lung cancer tissues,there was positive expression of the MRP8 protein,and the rate of positive expression related to cellular differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.No positive expression was found in normal bronchial epithelial cells of the matched paraneoplastic tissues.Moreover,Western blotting analysis showed that there was high expression of MRP8 in 65.5%(19/29) of the lung cancer tissues.Conclusion:There is a close relationship between the MRP8 protein and progression of lung cancer.
