| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟补阳还五汤加味治疗心脏期前收缩的效果。方法:将180例心脏期前收缩患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例,观察组采用自拟补阳还五汤加味治疗;对照组采用静脉滴注丹参注射液,3周为1个疗程。观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组显效37例,好转35例,无效18例,总有效率为80%;对照组显效26例,好转28例,无效36例,总有效率60%。观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟补阳还五汤加味治疗心脏期前收缩效果优于静脉滴注丹参注射液。
