| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）前列腺癌和良性前列腺增生发生与发展中的生物学作用。方法对30例前列腺癌、30例良性前列腺增生、16例正常前列腺标本进行原位杂交染色，然后行图像分析，观察VEGF与前列腺癌之间的关系并进行统计学分析。结果血管内皮生长因子在前列腺腺癌和良性前列腺增生组织中高表达，在正常前列腺组织中低表达，血管内皮生长因子与前列腺癌的血管生成相关。结论VEGF在前列腺癌血管生成、癌细胞转移中可能起到重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF in the normal growth and development of human prostate cancer. Methods With the methods of in situ hybridization, specimens from 30 patients with prostate cancer, 30 with benign prostatic hyperplasia and 16 with normal prostate. A combined with computer-assisted image analysis system was used to examine the relationship between VEGF and the pathological characteristics of prostate cancer. Results VEGF was highly expressed in prostate cancer and correlated with anagiogenesis of prostate. The expression rate and the intensity of VEGF correlated with the metastasis of prostate cancer. Conclusion VEGF may play an important role in the angiogenesis and metastasis in prostate cancer. |
