护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者急诊行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术术后焦虑状态的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对急诊行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PCI)的急性心肌梗死患者焦虑状态的影响.方法 随机将70例急诊PCI术的急性心肌梗死患者分为干预组40例和对照组30例.对照组采用常规护理措施进行护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上采用整体护理干预措施.比较护理前后2组焦虑发生情况.结果 护理干预后干预组的焦虑发生率及焦虑状态评分均显著低于对照组.结论 整体的护理干预措施可明显改善或减轻急性心肌梗死患者行PCI术的焦虑情绪,对提高手术成功率、减少术后并发症、促进心理康复具有重要意义.

Influence of nursing intervention on postoperative anxiety of patients with acute myocardial infarction when cured by percutaneous tranluminal coronary angioplasty

Objective To know the influence of nursing intervention on postoperative anxiety of patients with acute myocardial infarction when cured by pereutaneous tranluminal coronary angioplasty. Methods Di-vided 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction when cured by percutaneous tranluminal coronary angioplasty into the intervention group (40 cases) and the control group (30 cases) randomly. Routine nursing cares was used in the control group, integreted nursing cares was used in the intervention group in addition. Compared the incidence rate of anxiety between the two groups. Results After the nursing intervention, the incidence rate and the score of anxiety in the intervention group was significant better than that of in the control group respectively. Conclusions Integreted nursing cares can effective ameliorate the anxiety condition for patients with acute myocardial infarction when cured by percutaneous tranluminal coronary angioplasty, which can avoid certain related complications, and then promote psychological rehabilitation.
