| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外伤性延迟性脾破裂的外科手术疗效。方法:手术治疗17例,脾切除10例,单纯脾修补5例,脾动脉结扎+脾部分切除2例。结果:治愈16例,病死1例。结论:对于外伤性延迟性脾破裂应提高警惕性,密切观察病情变化,及时明确诊断,治疗仍以手术治疗为主,保脾治疗亦应受到重视。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of surgery on delayed traumatic rupture of spleen,and to summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Seventeen cases of delayed traumatic rupture of spleen were treated by surgical therapy.Ten cases were performed splenectomy,5 cases spleen repair and 2 cases splenic artery ligation plus partial spleen resection.Results:Sixteen of the patients were cure and 1 died.Conclusions:Patients with delayed traumatic rupture of spleen should be closely observe... |
