蟾酥提取物对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞形态学实验研究

目的:观察蟾酥提取物(BTXs)对S180肉瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。方法:观察BTXs对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤抑制率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数以及肿瘤组织病理变化的影响。结果:模型组与BTXs组、环磷酰胺组、联合用药组的抑瘤率具有显著差异,BTXs对胸腺指数、脾脏指数也具有显著的影响。病理学观察显示,BTXs具有明显的抑瘤作用。结论:蟾酥提取物(BTXs)对肿瘤细胞具有抑制作用。

Morphologic Experimental Study on Anti-tumor Effect of Chan-Su Extraction

Objective:Investigate the anti-tumor effect of Chan-Su extraction by the systematic observation on the Morphologic tumor tissues.Methods:After building the model mouse,Chan-Su extraction inhibitory rate on tumor,thymus gland index,spleen index and tumor tissues and the influence of patholoicaly changes were observed by the optical microscope and the electron microscope.Result:With the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine Chan-Su extraction,the model group,the experiment group,the CTX group,and the joint group of the inhibitorical rate on tumor have a great difference,and have great influence on the immunity organ thymus gland index,and spleen index.The pathology observation of tumor tissues show the Chan-Su extraction has an obvious restraining effect on tumor function.Conclusion:Chan-Su extraction has the restraining effect on the function of the tumor cell.
