| 摘 要： | Objective To learn the status of social support for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and formulate the theoretical basis for providing physical and psychological nursing.Methods A total of 112 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were investigated with the social support.Results The total score of social support was (36.56±7.97) in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis,which showed significantly different compared with the norm(33.05±3.85 ).Subjective support was influenced by course and hospitalizations,while Objective support was influenced by medical treatment fee and joint function.Marriage,hospitalization and joint function had influenced the utilization degree of support.Conclusions the patients with comprehensive assessment should nurse social support for patients,provide proper social support and guide patients of social support network,develop a new social support network and social support network using active rheumatoid arthritis to strengthen the social support.
