崇明县2006—2007年食品、公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带情况

摘    要:目的 了解崇明地区食品和公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性携带状况,更好地为食品和公共场所卫生监督提供依据。方法 取受检者静脉血,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HBsAg,对HBsAg阳性者进行HBeAg的检测。结果崇明县2006-2007年参加食品和公共场所从业人员健康检查共有13106人,HBsAg阳性491人,阳性率为3.75%。HBsAg阳性率在不同年龄组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。食品、公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为3.94%和3.08%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。男性和女性从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为3.33%和4.06%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 食品及公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带者对健康人群构成严重威胁,必须加强从业人员岗前知识培训和健康检查。

Abstract:[Objective] To study the HBsAg positive status among employees in food and public places in Chongming County, provide the credible evidence for supervision on relational trades. [ Methods] HBsAg in the vein blood of subjects were detected by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), and HBeAg was tested among HBsAg positive cases. [ Results] 13106 employees in food and public places of Chongming Country were in for health examination during 2006-2007, 491 (3.75%) were positive in HBsAg. There was significant difference in positive rate of HBsAg among different age groups ( P 〈0.01 ). The HBsAg positive rate of employees in food and public places was 3.94% and 3.08% respectively, the difference was significant(P 〈 0.05 ). The HBsAg positive rate of male and female employees was 3.33 % and 4.06% respectively, and the difference was significant(P 〈 0.05 ). [Conclusion] The HBsAg carriage among employees in food and public places is badly endangering the health of normal population, the preservice training and physical health of employees should be strengthened.
