不同采收期垂序商陆有效成分含量测定

确定中药商陆的最佳采收期以及药用部位。方法；采用硫酸－香草醛比色法测定商陆筇甙的含量；浓硫酸－苯酚比色地测定多糖的含量。结果：皂甙含量，根为６月最高，茎为５月最高，叶为８月最高，多糖含量，根为５月最高，茎为５，１０月最高，叶为１１月最高。结论商陆类药材在８－１１月份采收比较合理，药用部位除根外，茎和叶也有开发利用价值。

Assay of contents of effective contituents in Phytolacca americana L.collecting in different periods

Objective:To determine the optimum collective period of traditional Chinese medicine Radix phytolaccae and to further broaden its medical parts. Methods: The contents of esculentoside and polysaccharides were measured by the sulphuric acid vanillin colorimetric method and the thick sulphuric acid phenol colorimetric method. Results:The highest levels of esculentoside are 0.64% in root in June, 1.58 % in stem in May,and 6.24% in leaf in August,respectively,and polysaccharides are 21.30% in root in May,2.65% in stem in May and in October,and 3.12% in leaf in November, respectively. Conclusion:It is reasonable for Radix phytolaccae to be collected between August and November.For the medical parts,besides root,stem and leaf are also have exploiting and utilizable values.
