| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑胶质瘤患者采取显微手术切除的临床疗效。方法对106例脑胶质瘤患者施行显微镜下切除术。术后83例获得随访2年。结果胶质瘤全切除78例(73.58%),次全切除18例(16.98%),部分切除10例(9.44%)。所有病例均无严重并发症及死亡。术后存活1年以上者76例(91.57%),存活2年以上者70例(84.34%)。结论显微镜手术治疗脑胶质瘤疗效满意、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic efect of microsurgery on gliom.Methods 106 patients with glioma were treated by microscopic resection.83 patients were followed up for 2 years.Results The total removal of glioma was made in 78 cases（73.58%）,subtotal removal in 18（16.98%） cases and substantial removal in 10 cases（9.44%）.In all patients,death and severe complication were not found.76 patients survived more than 1 year（91.57%）,70 patients survived more than 2 years（84.34%）.Conclusion Microsurgery can be popularized to treat glioma because of satisfied effect,less damage to normal brain tissues and severe complication. |
