三维适形放疗联合多西他赛与顺铂同步治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效观察

目的观察三维适形放疗联合TP方案治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法将我院收治的117例中晚期食管癌患者分为放化疗组（n=63）和单放组（n=54），两组均采用三维适形放疗，放射剂量60～66Gy。同步放化疗组采用DDP25mg／m2，第1—3天；多西他赛75mg／m2，第l天，21天重复，至少完成2个周期。结果同步放化疗组及单放组有效率分别为85．7％和70．4％，1、2、3年生存率分别为79．4％、60．3％、42．9％和61．1％，40．7％、24．1％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论三维适形放疗联合DP方案化疗治疗中晚期食管癌毒副反应可耐受，疗效肯定。

Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with docetaxel and cisplatin chemoradiotherapy in treatment of patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer

Objective To study the efficacy and toxicity of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy with do- eetaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of patients with local advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 117 patients with local- ly advanced esophageal cancer treated in our department were divided into chemoradiotherapy group （n~ 63） and radio- therapy group （n~ 54）. Patients in both groups were treated with 3DCRT with a total dose of 60-66Gy. Chemoradiother- apy group was given eisplatin 25mg/m2 on dl-3,and docetaxel 75 mg/m2 on dl every 21 days. Results The response rate （CR＋RR） was 85.7% and 70. 4% for ehemoradiotherapy group and radiotherapy group, respectively. The 1-, 2- and 3-year survival rate was 79.40%, 57.1%, 38. 1 % in ehemoradiotherapy group, 61.1%, 40. 7 %, 24.1 % in radiotherapy group, respectively, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Docetaxel and cisplat in combined with radiotherapy can effectively treat esophageal cancer in elderly patients, and thetoxic reactions were tolerable.
