对糖尿病患者实施护理健康教育的效果分析

目的探讨对糖尿病患者实施计划性、系统化的健康教育后,患者在血糖管理和预防足部并发症中的效果。方法应用问卷调查的方式,采用自身对照的研究方法,对60例住院的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在健康教育前、后对其进行糖尿病相关知识掌握程度和行为改变等情况的调查。结果教育后患者对饮食治疗、药物使用、运动方法、血糖监测及足部日常护理等知识掌握情况提高,血糖管理达标人数增加,与教育前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实施系统化的健康教育,可以有效提高糖尿病患者自我护理的意识和行为,减少糖尿病足等并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Effect analysis of nursing health education of patients with diabetes

Objective To explore implementation plan for the systematic health education, the effect of the patients blood sugar management and prevention of foot complications in diabetic patients. Methods By the way of questionnaire, self-control was applied in this research. 60 cases of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes had health education, and survey of diabetes-related knowledge was used before and after the education. Results Educated patients understood more on diet therapy, drug use, improve movement method, blood glucose monitoring and foot day care knowledge, their number in good compliance of blood glucose management increased, compared to that before education, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Through the implementation of systematic health education can effectively improve the awareness of diabetes self-care and behavior, it could reduce the incidence of diabetic foot complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
