参附注射液治疗急性胰腺炎临床探讨

目的观察参附注射液在急性胰腺炎治疗中的作用。方法将86例轻症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各43例,对照组采用常规治疗方案,治疗组则在此方案基础上加用参附注射液40ml静滴,每日1次,连用5～10d;比较两组症状体征及胃肠功能恢复情况及住院时间。结果治疗组多项观察指标的恢复明显优于对照组,平均住院日明显缩短。结论参附注射液可能通过改善胰腺微循环,促进胰腺组织的修复,促进胃肠蠕动功能,减轻各种炎性介质和细胞因子对胰外器官的损害,从而快速改善患者的病情,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间。

Inestigation of Effect of Shenfu Injection in Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shenfu Injection in treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods： Eighty - six patients of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 43 patients in eaeh group. Conventional therapy was adopted in both groups, while intravenous instillation of 40ml of Shenfa Injection daily lasting for 5 to 10 days was adopted in treatent group beside it. The symptom, sign and average duration before the restoration of digestive tract and discharge were noted. Results： Almost all the clinical index in treatment group were much better than that in control group, moreover, the average duration of hospitalization in treatment group was markedly shortened. Conclusion： It is noted that Shenfu Injection can quickly relieve the symptoms and signs in patients suffering from acute panereatitis with less complication. The beneficial effect of She~fu Injection may be concerned with its role to improve microcireulation in pancreatic tissue and inhibit release of inflammatory cytokines. In this way, damage to significant organs is avoided and quick recovery is gained.
