利胆调胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床观察

目的:观察利胆调胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法:将符合胆汁反流性胃炎诊断的128例患者随机分为两组,治疗组65例口服利胆调胃汤治疗,对照组对照组63例给予香砂养胃丸治疗。两组均以6周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈12例,显效30例,有效19例,无效4例,总有效率93.8%;对照组治愈5例,显效24例,有效23例,无效11例,总有效率82.6%。结论:利胆调胃汤能有效改善胆汁反流性胃炎症状。

Effect of Lidan Tiaowei Tang on the Bile Reflux Gastritis in Cases

Objective: to observe the effect of Lidan tiaowei tang on bile reflux gastritis.Methods:Patients of bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two group.65 cases in treated group with Lidan tiaowei tang, 63 cases in controlled group with Xiangsha Yangwei pill.One month was a period of treatment both in two group.Results: 12 patients achieved curative effective,30 achieved significant effectiveness and 19 effective,4 patients did not achieve effectiveness in treated group.The total effective rate of treated group was 93.9%.5 patients achieved curative effective,24 achieved significant effectiveness and 23 effective,11 patients did not achieve effectiveness in controlled group.The total effective rate of controlled group was 82.6%.The treatment was significant.Conclusion: Lidan tiaowei tang on the bile reflux gastritis is effective to improve the symptom of BRG.
