体外受精—胚胎移植（IVF—ET）治疗过程中的卫生宣教及心理护理

目的：探讨体外受精－胚胎移植治疗过程中卫生宣教及心理护理与治疗成功率的关系。方法：对1997年9月－2000年12月本生殖中心对860对夫妇的1200个周期的体外受-胚胎移植治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果：做好卫生宣教和心理护理，能有效地减轻患者的思想压力，恢复自信，主动配合治疗，增加治疗成功的机会。结论：卫生宣教及心理护理对体外受精－胚胎移植治疗的成功率有重大影响，应引起足够的重视。

Health Education and Psychological Nursing During the Treatment of In Vitro Fertilization- Embryo Transfer

Abjective Discussing the relationship between sanitation education, mentality tending and success rate during the cure of in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer. Means Make retrospect analysis to 1200 cycle of in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer cure process of 860 couples at this procreation central from September, 1997 to December,2000.Result Sanitation education and mentality tending can alleviate the sufferers, antilogy pressure effectively, resume their self- confidence and help them to cooperate with the doctor on their own initiative, so as to increase the success chances of cure. Conclusion Sanitation education and mentality tending have great effect to the success rate of in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer cure and should be paid enough attention.
