中药肺岩宁方治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察——对血清CEA CYFRA21-1及免疫功能的影响

目的:观察肺岩宁方对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清CEA、CYFRA21-1水平,免疫功能以及中医证候的影响。方法:50例确诊为Ⅲa、Ⅲb、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者,中医辨证为精气亏虚型,中药肺岩宁方治疗2个月。结果:肺岩宁方可以降低血清CEA和CYFRA21-1水平,提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8细胞水平,降低CD8细胞水平。患者神疲乏力、动则气喘、腰膝酸痛、少气懒言等症状明显改善,卡氏评分上升6.06。结论:肺岩宁方具有明显改善晚期肺癌患者的生活质量,显著提高患者的免疫功能的作用。

Influence of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and Immunological Function in Advanced Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer Patients by Intervention of Feiyanning Formula

Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the influence of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and immunological function in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer patients by intervention of Feiyanning Formula.Method:50 patients diagnosed of non-small-cell lung cancer of Ⅲa,Ⅲb,Ⅳ stage,differentiated by TCM of deficiency of vigour and qi were treated by Feiyanning Formula for 2 month.Observe the influence of CEA,CYFRA21-1,immunological function and syndrome of TCM.Result:Downregulation of CEA,CYFRA21-1,CD8 and upregulation of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 of non-small-cell lung cancer patients were observed.Syndrome of debilitation,soreness of loin and lap,deficiency of qi were improved obviously.KPS rised 6.06.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Feiyanning has a significant effect on improvement of the quality of life and immunological function of advanced lung cancer.
