| 摘 要： | 应用多重ＰＣＲ技术分析了２８例胃癌组织ｐ１６基因第２外显子缺失情况。结果显示，胃癌组织ｐ１６基因第２外显子缺失率达１４．３％（４／２８），且伴有ｐ１６基因缺失的胃癌均有周围器官的转移。提示ｐ１６基因缺失与胃癌发生发展有关，ｐ１６基因缺失患者易发生周围器官转移，预后不良。

| Abstract: | Using multiplex PCR with primers for exon 2 of p16 gene,28 gastric carcinomas were examined for the deletions of p16 gene.The results showed that the deletions of p16 were found in 14.3%(4/28) of gastric carcinomas examined.Also,those patients with the deletions of p16 suffered tumor metastasis to the juxta organ such as the liver or pancreas.Thus,deletions of p16 is related to the carcinogenesis of gastric careinoma,and its present in the tumors would indicate greater tendency of tumor metastasis and poorer prognosis. |
