华蟾素辅助治疗晚期肿瘤疗效观察

目的：观察华蟾素联合姑息化疗治疗晚期肿瘤的近期疗效和不良反应。方法：采用随机对照方法将晚期肿瘤患者96例分为治疗组50例，对照组46例。治疗组化疗同时加用华蟾素注射液，对照组仅采用与治疗组相同的化疗方案。分别观察比较两组近期疗效、生活质量、不良反应、NK细胞和T淋巴细胞变化。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为68．0％和37．0％，两组疗效比较，P〈0．05。生活质量治疗组提高32．0％，对照组提高15．2％，两组比较，P〈0．05。治疗组发生化疗毒副反应较对照组明显减少（P〈0．05）。治疗组NK细胞活性及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值明显高于治疗前和对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：华蟾素联合姑息化疗治疗晚期癌症，具有增效减毒、提高机体免疫功能和生活质量的作用。

Clinical Study of Cinobufacini Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Malignant Tumors

Objective： To observe the short term efficacy and adverse effects of Cinobufacini injection combined with palliative chemotherapy in treatment of advanced malignant tumors. Methods ： A total of 96 cases of advanced malignant tumors were randomly divided into a treatment group （50 cases） and a control group （46 cases）. The control group was treated by chemotherapy alone. Cinobufacini injection was added to the treatment group. We observed the short term efficacy, quality of life and adverse effects. NK cell and T lymphocyte changes were also compared within and between the 2 groups before and after treatment. Results：The curative efficacies were 68.0% and 37.0% in the treatment and control groups, respectively （P 〈 0.05 ）. The quality of life was improved by 32.0% in the treatment group and 15.2% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Fewer adverse effects was observed in the treatment group compared to the control one （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The NK cell activity and CD4 ^＋/CD8 ^＋ ratio were markedly increased after the combined therapy and were higher than those after the chemotherapy alone （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Cinobufacini injection combined with palliative chemotherapy had good curative effect on advanced malignant tumors by reducing the adverse effects and enforcing immune function as well as improving patient＇s quality of life.
