微螺钉支抗种植体种植成败原因分析

目的 分析微螺钉支抗种植体种植成功与失败的原因,为进一步提高国产微螺钉支抗种植体的种植成功率提供依据.方法 按微螺钉支抗种植体的标准操作规程对32例各类错(牙合)畸形采用直丝弓矫治技术配合自攻型微螺钉支抗种植体进行了矫治,共计种植微螺钉87颗,并对其种植后即刻、种植后2～4周及负载后4周的稳定性进行统计分析. 微螺钉支抗种植体的种植成功与失败情况通过其脱落率及折断率来评价.结果 32例87颗微螺钉支抗种植体,共有5例6颗脱落,成功率为93.18%,脱落率为6.82%,其中种植后即刻脱落2例3颗,2～4周后脱落1例1颗,负载4周后脱落2例2颗,无种植体折断情况发生.结论 微螺钉支抗种植体的种植成功率与种植手术的术式、技巧及手术设备、环境有关,同时,患者的个体因素(年龄、性别、骨密度及口腔卫生情况)也是微螺钉支抗种植体种植成功及能否稳定行使功能的关键.

Analysis of patients being treated with selfdrilling mini-screw anchorage implant

Objective To analyse the successful cases being treated with selfdrilling min-iscrew pin anchorage implant and prevent the failure. Methods Thirty two malocclusion eases were treated in straight wire appliance and 87 selfdrilling mini-screw implant pins were used to enhance anchorage. The implanting operations were done in standard instruction. The number of finn implant pins were recorded at just having been implanted 2 -4 weeks after implanted without load and 4 weeks after loading power and statistic analysis were performed. Results There were 6 implant pins of 5 cases loosen in 87 implant pins of 32 cases. The success rate of implanting was 93. 18% and the failure rate of implanting was 6.82%. The loose implant pin was 2 in 2 cases at just having been implanted, 1 in 1 case 2 - 4 weeks after implanted without load and 2 in 2 cases at the 4th week after loading power. Conclusion The success rate of selfdrilling mini-screw anchorage implant is relative to the type,technology,equipment ,circumstance of the operation. And the case individual factors, such as age, sex,density of bone,oral hygiene,are also the keys to success.
