纳洛酮对心衰犬的血流动力学影响

摘    要:本文报道了在异搏定诱导的心衰犬中纳洛酮对血流动力学的影响。结果表明,纳洛酮能明显增加心衰犬的心排量(CO),心指数(CI),降低左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)及肺毛细楔嵌压(PWP)。提示纳洛硐能有效地改善心衰犬的心功能。

Abstract:Effect of naloxone on hemodynamics was studied inverapamil-induced canineheart failure.Results showed that naloxone could markedly increase cardiac output(CO)and cardiac index(CI).And it could decrease left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP)and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure(PWP)in canine heart failure.Theaction of Naloxone may be correlated with the antagonism of cardiac depression resultelfrom the direct inotropic action of endogenous opiate peptideg(EOP).
