心理护理对老年患者CT增强扫描的影响

目的：探讨心理护理对CT增强扫描老年患者的影响。方法：对老年患者400例进行螺旋CT增强扫描，将他们随机分为对照组和观察组各200例。两组病人根据病情特点均给予相应治疗，并对观察组病人给予心理护理。比较两组检查前后心率及血压的变化和不良反应。结果：观察组CT扫描前后心率及血压波动、不良反应均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：对CT增强扫描前的老年患者实施有效的心理护理，能降低和减轻增强扫描的应激反应。

Influence of Mental Care to Elderly Patients in Contrast Enhanced Computed Tomography

Objective:To study the influence of mental care to elderly patients in CECT.Methods: 400 elderly patients who were underwent CECT,were randomly divided into 2 groups,experimental group(n=200) and control group(n=200).In experimental group,patients had been treated with mental care before CECT,in control group had not treated with mental care,other treatment was based on clinical data in tow groups.Cardiac ratio and blood pressure as well as side-effect to iodine contrast were observed before and after CECT scan.Results: The changes of cardiac ratio and blood pressure as well as side-effect prevalence were significantly differentces between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Prior to CECT,mental care to elderly patients will effectively reduce secondary reaction from iodine contrast.
