我院药学专业实习生带教工作的体会与思考

目的:为提高药学实习带教水平提供参考。方法:总结我院药械科2012年药学专业实习生带教工作经验,并对实习生的实习效果和带教老师的满意度进行考核与调查。结果与结论:我院通过严格挑选优秀的带教老师,制定详细的带教计划,建立实习生的考核制度和带教老师的满意度调查制度等一系列措施,取得了显著的效果,实习生的考核优秀率达到87%,带教老师的整体满意度也达到90%以上,带教模式受到了实习生和所在学校的一致好评。

Experience and Reflection of Pharmacy Interns Teaching in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the improvement of the teaching for pharmacy interns. METHODS： The experience about the teaching for pharmacy interns was sammarized in department of drug and instrument from our hospital in 2012. and pratice result and satisfaction degree of teachers were evaluated and investigated. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The teaching work has achieved significant achievements and the excellent rate of pharmacy interns has reached 87% by strictly selecting excellent teachers. establishing detailed teaching plan. feed back system for interns and satisfaction survey system for teachers. The satisfaction of teachers reaches is more than 90%. and teaching pattern have been favorably accepted by interns and school.
