布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原怖肺炎的疗效观察及护理

目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及相应的临床路径护理方法，为临床提供参考。方法选择我科2010年2月至2011年2月收治的100例小儿支原体肺炎患儿（均用布地奈德雾化吸人联合阿奇霉素治疗），随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。实验组行临床路径护理；对照组行常规路径护理。随访1—3个月，比较2组患儿护理后用力肺活量（FVC）、用力1S肺活量（FEV1）、最大呼气流速值（PEF）等肺功能变化和临床疗效对比。结果2组患儿护理后临床疗效比较，实验组的总有效率94％，显著高于对照组。实验组FVC、FEV1、PEF指标值均显著优于对照组。结论布地奈德雾化吸人联合阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎的治疗具有较好的疗效，再配合临床路径护理能有效改善肺功能，减少治疗时不良反应的发生，显著提高预后，应在临床中推广使用。

Effect of budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with my- coplasma pneumonia and nursing

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin in treatment of cbildren with mycoplasma pneumonia and the corresponding clinical nursing pathway. Methods From February 2010 to 2011, 100 cases of children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia （all with budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin） were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 patients in each group. The experimental group adopted clinical nursing pathway, while the control group underwent routine care. After one or three-month follow-up, forced vital capacity （FVC）, forced vital capacity ls （FEV1）, peak expiratory flow values （PEF） and other pulmonary functional indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 94% , higher than the control group. FVC, FEV1, PEF changes in the experimental group were better than the control group. Conclusions Budesonide inhalation com- bined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children has good effect, coupled with the clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve lung function, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment, significantly improve the prognosis, should be used widely in clinic.
