肠梗阻导管治疗肠梗阻临床护理分析

目的:探讨肠梗阻导管治疗肠梗阻有效的临床护理措施。方法:对我院2009～2011年间收治的53例肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结护理经验和体会。结果:行肠梗阻导管治疗的53例患者中,49例患者成功放置导管并成功实施减压引流,治疗成功率为92.5%,4例患者经2次置管成功。所有患者置管后均未发生严重的不良反应,肠梗阻症状得到了有效的缓解。结论:对肠梗阻导管治疗患者实施有效的护理是保证治疗成功的关键,通过采取基础护理、置管护理、冲洗护理、并发症护理、心理护理等综合护理措施,能够显著改善患者的梗阻症状和生活质量,值得在临床护理工作中进一步推广使用。

Clinical nursing analysis of intestinal obstruction catheter in the treatment of intestinal obstruction

Objective:To investigate effective clinical nursing interventions of intestinal obstruction catheter in the treatment of intestinal obstruction.Methods:53 cases with intestinal obstruction in our hospital from 2009 to2011years were analyzed retrospectively,to summarize the nursing experience and experience.Results:Intestinal obstruction catheter in the treatment of 53 cases of patients,49 patients placed catheters successfully and decompress,drainage successfully,treatment success rate was 92.5%,4 cases of patients got intestinal obstruction catheter again.All patients after catheterization were no serious adverse reaction,intestinal symptoms had effective relieving.Conclusion:Taking effective nursing to patients with intestinal obstruction is the key to the successful treatment,by taking the basic nursing,irrigation catheter nursing,complication nursing,psychological nursing,can significantly improve obstructive symptoms and their quality of life,is worthy of further promoting the use in clinical practice.
