胃镜下取出上消化道异物的观察及护理

目的 探讨胃镜下取出上消化道异物的观察及护理.方法 选用电子胃镜取上消化道异物68例,根据异物的特点及位置,认真做好术前准备,并加强病情观察及术后指导.结果 66例患者上消化道异物胃镜下取出过程顺利,2例患者有术中创面少许渗血及食管黏膜损伤外,无穿孔和大出血等并发症发生.结论 胃镜下取出上消化道异物具有创伤小、安全有效,并发症少,良好的护理有利于保证手术的效果.

Observation and nursing care on gastroscopy for extracting upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body

Objective To study the observation and nursing care of gastroscopy for extracting upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies.Methods 68 patients with upper digestive tract foreign body were performed the electronic gastroscopy for extracting foreign body.According to the characteristics and position of foreign body,the preoperative preparation was well conducted,the condition observwtion and postoperative guidance were strengthened.Results Among 66 cases,foreign bodies in upper gastrointestinal tract all were smoothly extracted.2 cases had little intraoperative errhysis in wound surface and esophageal mucosa injury without the complications of perforation and massive hemorrhage.Conclusion Gastroscopy for extracting foreign body from upper gastrointestinal tract is safe and effective with small trauma and less complications.Good nursing care is conducive to to ensure the operative effect.
