门脉高血压、上消化道出血的外科护理

目的:通过分析门脉高血压并发上呼吸道出血的时间规律,来制定相应的外科护理对策。方法:对380例患者进行了跟踪调查。结果:通过对380例患者的836例总出血次数进行调查,发现出血的高峰期主要有两个时间段,凌晨5点到6点是第一高峰期,下午4点到5点为第二高峰期。出血次数时间段分布为,夜间出血次数最高,日间最低。对于因出血死亡的患者进行出血时间调查发现,夜间出血死亡的最高,日间最低。结论:门脉高血压并发上呼吸道出血的时间以及死亡的时间都存在规律性变化,夜间是最容易出血和死亡的时间段。为此,提出如下的外科护理措施:第一,加强夜间(出血高发时间段)的病情观察;第二,加强出血高危人群的防护措施。
