Abstract:
A case of ejaculatory incompetence was successfully treated by means of a penile vibrator. Initially the patient had been treated by a Masters and Johnson (1970) approach, which had to be abandoned because of the wife's refusal to co-operate. Follow-up over 18 months indicated that the improvement was maintained.
