精神分裂症患者攻击行为相关因素分析

目的探讨精神分裂症患者的攻击行为特点及相关影响因素，为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对66例具有攻击行为（攻击组）和92例无攻击行为（对照组）的精神分裂症患者的相关文化背景、职业、病前性格、精神症状特点及精神分裂症临床类型与攻击行为的关系进行对比分析，并提出干预对策。结果男性攻击行为发生率高于女性（χ2=4．06，P〈0．05）；攻击组农民多于对照组（χ2=6．76，P〈0．01），明尼苏达人格测评显著高于对照组（13．21，P〈0．01）；攻击组偏执型和青春型、幻听、被害妄想、情绪不稳发生率均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论攻击性为多发生于男性，且与患者的不良性格、疾病类型、症状特征有关，早期预测和干预有重要意义。

Correlation factors' analyses on aggressive behaviors of schizophrenics

Objective To explore the features of aggressive behaviors and correlation factors in schizphrenics in order to provide bases for formulating intervention measures.Methods Relationships between aggressive behaviors and such factors as culture background,occupation,premorbid character,mental symptom features or clinical types were compared and analyzed in 66 schizophrenics with aggressive behaviors(aggressive group) and in 92 ones without(control group) and intervention measures formulated.Results The incidence of aggressive behaviors was higher in the male patients than in the female ones(P<0.05);peasants were more and measurements of the MMPI very significantly higher in the aggressive than in the control group(both P<0.01);incidences of paranoid and hebephrenic schizophrenia,auditory hallucination,persecutory delusion and emotional lability were significantly higher in the aggressive than in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Aggressiveness is common in the male and related to unhealthy character,disease types and symptom featuers,and early prediction and intervention has important meaning.
