摘    要:目的对某扫描仪生产线作业场所存在的职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法依据国家相关标准,采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查和评价表法等方法对该项目进行评价。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素有丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、异丙醇、丙酮、二氧化锡、铜烟、紫外线、激光、噪声和电磁辐射。检测结果表明,除马达平衡岗位噪声〔89 dB(A)〕超标外,其他岗位噪声和各毒物工作场所浓度检测结果均符合国家标准,紫外线强度在关门状态时(正常情况下门处于关闭状态)强度远低于国家标准,说明所采取的防护措施是有效的。电磁辐射、激光的检测结果远低于国家标准。结论该项目职业病危害的防护措施可行、有效,但需加强对噪声、有机溶剂等职业病危害因素的控制措施。

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in Construction Project of Scanner Production

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the workplace of scanner production line.Methods According to relative national hygienic standards,the methods of field investigation,detection of hazardous factors for occupational diseases,professional health examination and checklist were carried out.Results The main occupational risk factors in the project were crylic acid,methyl acrylate,n-butyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate,Isopropanol,acetone,tin dioxide,copper mist,ultraviolet radiation,laser and noise.The monitoring results showed that noise intensity(89 dB(A)) in the post of motor balance exceeded national allowable limits(85 dB(A)),other risk factors accorded with national standards.Conclusion The protective measures on occupational diseases in the construction project are feasible and effective,but more effective measures should be taken to control the risk of chemical poisons and noise.
