济宁市公共场所集中空调通风系统污染调查

摘    要:目的了解济宁市集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,提出合理化建议,保障人体健康。方法采用随机抽样调查,依据《公共场所集中空调系统卫生规范》对空调系统的通风量、管道积尘等指标进行采样检测。结果检测的28家单位中均没有进行专业清洗,经卫生学检测管道积尘合格率69.19%,细菌总数合格率43.60%,真菌总数合格率27.91%。经统计学分析,各单位间积尘量合格率间差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.902,P0.05);各单位间细菌总数合格率间差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.627,P0.05);各单位间真菌总数合格率间差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.957,P0.05)。结论济宁市集中空调系统存在很大的安全隐患,应加大卫生监督力度,进行宣传教育,保障人体健康。

Pollution Investigation of Centralized Air Ventilation System in Public Places of Jining City

Abstract:Objective To know the sanitary condition of the centralized air ventilation system in public places of Jining city,make the reasonable suggestions and ensure people's health.Methods Air samples were collected by randomized sampling,and detected the hygiene indexes based on Specification for Hygiene Management Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System of Public Place.Results There was no one unit to clean the centralized air conditioning system in the 28 wits.The qualified rates of pipeline dust,bacterium and total fungi were 69.19%,43.60% and 27.91%.There was no significant difference in the qualified rates of pipeline dust(χ2=4.902,P0.05) among the 28 units,there were significant differences in the qualified rates of bacterium(χ2=33.627,P0.05) and of the total fungi(χ2=18.957,P0.05) among different types of units.Conclusion Centralized air conditioning system exists serious safety risk in public places of Jining.Sanitary supervision should be strengthened,publicity and education will be developed to ensure people's health.
