同种异体骨在治疗骨肿瘤中的应用

目的评价同种异体骨填充良性骨肿瘤切除后形成腔隙性骨缺损的效果，以探讨同种异体骨修复骨缺损的机制、临床应用价值。方法回顾分析我科应用异体骨治疗135例良性骨肿瘤患者手术后骨缺损病例。结果在随诊的104例患者中，除1例因感染手术失败，7例肿瘤复发外，其余96例骨肿瘤患者的骨缺损均得到良好治愈，平均愈合时间9．7个月。未发现由于植入异体骨而引起传染病发生。结论同其他骨缺损填充方法和自体髂骨相比，此种方法可操作性强，安全性较高。在骨愈合率，骨愈合时间以及感染、复发等并发症的发生上同自体骨植骨手术无明显差异。

Application of allogeneic bone in surgical treatment of benign bone neoplasm

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of allogeneic bone grafting for bone defect resulting from benign neoplasm resection and discuss the clinical application and bone defect repair mechanisms of allogeneic bone. Methods A retrospective review was conducted of 135 patients with benign neoplasm resection who received bone defect filling with the allogeneic bone graft. Results In the 104 patients with complete clinical follow-up data, 96 achieved bone union, 7 experienced relapses to require surgical intervention and 1 had severe infection to lead to failure of the operation. The mean time for bone union was 9.7 months, and during the follow-up, no viral disease in relation to the graft was found aider surgery. Conclusion Bone defect filling with allogeneic bone graft can be simple and safe in comparison with that with autograft or other biomaterials, and the bone healing time, infection rate and local tumor recurrence can be comparable with the autograft.
