野菊花提取物的质量标准研究

目的建立野菊花提取物的质量标准。方法以乙酸乙酯-丙酮-甲酸-水（7：3：1：1.2）为展开剂,以2%三氯化铝乙醇溶液为显色剂,采用TLC法对野菊花提取物进行鉴别。采用HPLC法,色谱柱为AgilentEclipse,分别以甲醇-乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸（5：6：89）、甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸（47：53）为流动相,检测波长均为326nm测定绿原酸、咖啡酸和蒙花苷的含量。结果在TLC色谱中检出野菊花提取物中的绿原酸、木犀草苷、蒙花苷。HPLC法中绿原酸、咖啡酸和蒙花苷的线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为101.12%、101.63%和100.37%,RSD分别为3.08%、1.61%、1.97%。结论所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于野菊花提取物的质量控制。

Quality Standard of Extracts for Flos Chrysanthemi Indici

Objective To estabilish a quality control system of extracts for Flos Chrysanthemi Indici by identification and content determination.Methods The extracts for Flos Chrysanthemi Indici were identified by TLC developed with mixture of acetic ether-acetone-formic acid-water （7：3：1：1.2） and sprayed with 2% aluminum trichloride ethanol solution.The contents of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and linarin were determined by HPLC in Agilent Eclipse column with isocratic elution by methanol-acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid（5：6：89）and methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid（47：53）,and detected at 326nm.Results Chlorogenic acid,galuteolin and linarin were detected in the extracts for Flos Chrysanthemi Indici by TLC.Chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and linarin showed a good linear relationship with its peak area.Their average recoveries were 101.12%,101.63%,100.37%in order,and RSD was 3.08%,1.61%,1.97% by turns.Conclusion These methods are simple and feasible with good reproducibility.This study provides a quality control method of extracts for Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.
