雌激素调节蛋白PS2在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义

目的 :探讨雌激素调节蛋白PS2 在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化S P法 ,对 4 8例人乳腺浸润性导管癌中PS2 进行检测 ,分析其与ER、PR以及预后的关系。结果 :PS2 与ER显著的正相关。在ER( )PR( )的病人中 ,PS2 阳性率达 6 7 9% ,而在ER(- )PR(- )的患者中PS2 阳性率仅为 12 5 % ,二者相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。PS2 阳性表达与病人长生存期呈正相关 ,与腋窝淋巴结转移无相关性。结论 :在预测乳腺癌抗雌激素治疗的效果时 ,PS2 可以作为一个有用的重要指标 ,补充ER、PR的不足。同时PS2 阳性的乳腺癌患者预后较好 ,PS2 可作为预测乳腺癌患者生物学行为的指标之一。

Clinical significance of PS2 gene expression in breast cancer

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of the extrogen regulated protein PS 2 expression in breast cancer.Methods:To study the relationship of the PS 2 to ER?PR and prognosis, 48 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast tissue slide were stained and detected by S P immunohistochemical method with the monoclonal antibody of PS2.Results:The positive rate of PS 2 was 67 9% in the patients with ER( )?PR( ). And it was 12 5% with ER(-) and PR(-) ( P <0 01). The PS 2 expression was positively correlative with the expression of the ER and survival time of patients.Conclusion:PS 2 is available to predict the curative effect of anti extrogen and it may serve as an indicator to predict the biological behaviors of breast cancer patients. The prognosis of patients with PS 2 expression will be better.
