注射用盐酸多西环素随机对照治疗细菌性感染的疗效与安全性

目的评价国产注射用盐酸多西环素治疗细菌性感染的疗效和安全性。方法采用随机双盲对照临床观察,以阿奇霉素为对照药,共103例患呼吸道或泌尿道感染的病人入组,纳入疗效分析100例,安全性分析103例。结果注射用多西环素和阿奇霉素的痊愈率分别为63.46%(33/52)、66.67%(34/51),有效率分别为90.38%(47/52)、88.24%(45/51),细菌清除率分别为91.30%(42/46)和90.70%(39/43),不良反应发生率分别为34.62%(18/52)和50.98%(26/51)。经统计学分析无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论国产注射用盐酸多西环素治疗呼吸道感染和泌尿道感染的疗效和安全性与注射用阿奇霉素相仿。

A randomized controlled study of clinical efficacy and safety on domestic doxycycline injection in treating bacterial infections

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic doxycycline injection in treating of bacterial infections.Methods A total of 103 patients with respiratory infections or urinary infections were enrolled into this of randomized controlled clinical study in the way.One hundred patients received efficacy evaluation and 103 patients received evaluation of adverse events.Results The cure and effective rates were 63.46% and 90.38% in doxycycline group,and were 66.67% and 88.24% in arithromycine group;the bacterial eradication rates were 91.30% and 90.70%;the adverse events rates were 34.62% and 50.98%,respectively.There were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions The doxycycone injection made in domestic is as effective and safe as arithromycine injection for the treatment of bacterial infections.
