| 摘 要： | 应用人肝癌ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１细胞系和大鼠 肝原代培养细胞，利用［＾３Ｈ］ＴｄＲ掺入的方法观察从人胎肝中提取的肝细胞生长刺激物质对肝源性细胞ＤＮＡ合成的影响。

| Abstract: | Hepatic stimulator substance(HSS) was extracted from human fetal liver.It was tested for growth stimulatory activity in two kinds of hepatoma cells.The result showed that HSS had a remarkable effect in [3H]TdR incorporation into SMMC-7721 cell DNA and rat liver primary cultivate cell DNA.Sprague-Dawley rats were injected with D-galactosamine to induce acute liver failure.HSS suppressed the elevation of serum ALT induced by D-galactosamine in a dose-dependent manner.These experiments prove that HSS exists in human fetal liver and promotes proliferation of liver cells |
