| 摘 要： | 本文用比色法测定渗出性及漏出性胸、腹水乳酸共82例,结果显示52例炎性、癌性胸腹水乳酸平均浓度显著高于漏出性胸、腹水(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | Lactic acid concentration was determined in 82 cases of pleural fluid and ascitic fluid by modified method of Barker and Summerson.There were 32 cases of inflammatory pleural fluid and ascitic fluid, 24 cases of malignant origin, and 26 cases of transudate. The results showed that the diagnostic value could be drawn at 25mg / dl. When the level was below 25mg/ dl, it could be considered as transudate, the sensitivity was 100%, the specificity was 86.5%.When the level was above 25mg / dl, it could be considered as inflammatory fluid or malignant fluid, the sensitivity was 96% and 75% and specificity was 52% and 49% respectively. Serial determinations in 4 patients with inflammatory peritonitis (2 cases of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis and 2 cases of tuberculous peritonitis) showed declining value of lactic acid to less than 25mg / dl as the patients responded to treatment, thus specimen determination should be taken before the treatment. |
