可溶性糖基化终产物受体水平与无糖尿病冠心病的相关性研究

目的探讨可溶性糖基化终产物受体(sRAGE)水平与无糖尿病冠心病的发病及病变程度的相关性。方法60例经冠脉造影证实为冠心病的无糖尿病患者和60例年龄相仿的健康对照者,分别检测血浆可溶性糖基化终产物受体浓度、体重指数(BMI)、血压、血脂、空腹血糖,并计算冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄病变的Gensini积分。结果冠心病患者血浆中sRAGE浓度(888.5±311.45 pg/ml),较对照组(1219.87±569.49 pg/ml)明显降低(P<0.01),多危险因素与冠心病Logistic分析表明sRAGE是冠心病重要的危险因子(OR=0.100,95%可信区间0.010~0.985,P=0.048)。冠心病患者中,血浆可溶性糖基化终产物受体水平与冠状动脉狭窄病变Gensini积分明显相关(P=0.022)。结论血浆低水平的可溶性糖基化终产物受体与无糖尿病冠心病的发病有重要相关性,并与冠脉造影病变严重程度密切相关。

Study on the Relationship between Soluble Receptor for Advanced Glycation end Products and Coronary Artery Disease in Nondiabetic Patients

Objective To evaluate the correlation between soluble receptopr for advanced glycation end products(sRAGE) and coronary artery disease(CAD),the etent and severity of angiographic CAD in nondiabetic patients.Methods plasma sRAGE concentration,body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,total triglycerides,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),blood glucose,and CAD Gensini cumulative index were measured in 60 nondiabetic patients with angiographically proved CAD and 60 age-matched healthy controls.Results Plasma sRAGE concentration was significantly lower in CAD cases than in control subjects(888.52±311.45 pg/ml Vs 1219.87±569.49 pg/ml,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed sRAGE was the important risk factor in nondiabetic patients with angiogralhically proved CAD(OR=0.100,95% CI 0.010-0.985,p=0.048).The correlation between plasma sRAGE level and Gensinicumulative index in CAD is obvious(p=0.022).Conclusions(1)low levels of sRAGE in plasma are impotantly associated with the presence of CAD in nondiabetic patients.(2) The extent and severity of angiographic CAD in nondiabetic patients were associated with plasma sRAGE levels.
