宫颈癌术后尿潴留护理干预

目的：探讨宫颈癌术后尿潴留的原因和护理干预。方法：对宫颈癌术后尿潴留70例患者进行护理干预。结果：70例宫颈癌术后尿潴留16例（22.9%）；次广泛全宫切除术42例中，术后尿潴留11例（26.2%）；广泛切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术28例中，术后尿潴留5例（17.9%）；术后尿潴留16例中，B超显示，尿潴留〈100ml7例（43.8%），〉100ml9例（56.3%）；平均住院日为19.37d。结论：宫颈癌术后尿潴留发生率与手术方式有关，采取有效的护理措施可减少宫颈癌术后尿潴留的发生。

Nursing intervention in cervical cancer with retention of urine after operation

Objective:To investigate the causes and nursing intervention in cervical cancer with retention of urine postoperative.Methods:Nursing intervention from 70 cases of cervical cancer with retention of urine.Results:70 cases of cervical cancer with retention of urine were 16 cases(22.9%) ;42 cases of wide resection of the entire palace were 11 cases(26.2%) ,wide excision plus pelvic lymph node dissection were 5 cases(17.9%) ;retention of urine <100 ml 7 cases(43.8%) ,>100 ml 9 cases(56.3%) ;the average hospital stay was 19.37 days.Conclusion:The related to operation fashion with retention of urine,the effective nursing intervention may reduce in cervical cancer with retention of urine.
