表面麻醉下白内障囊外摘除术并后房型人工晶体植入术

目的:评价表面麻醉下白内障囊外摘除术并后房型人工晶体植入术的疗效及其可行性。方法:在扶贫复明行动中,随机选择性地对87例92只眼行表面麻醉下白内障囊外摘除术并后房型人工晶体植入术。结果:满意率达90.2%(83只眼),有效率达96.7％(89只眼)。后囊膜破损玻璃体丢失率3.3%(3只眼),术中追加球后麻醉,方完成手术。后囊膜破损玻璃体丢失率比同期球周麻醉后囊膜破损玻璃体丢失率还低,这可能与我们初次把表面麻醉用于白内障囊外摘除术,病例选择谨慎有关。结论:表面麻醉下白内障囊外摘除术并后房型人工晶体植入术,是一种安全有效且简便易行的麻醉方法。

Topical Anesthesia for Extracapsular Cataract Extraction and Intraocular Lens Implantation

Objective: To evaluate the effect of topical anesthesia for extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber lens implantation. Methods: 92 eyes of 87 cases were selected randomly to carry out the extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in topical anesthesia. Results: 83 eyes (90.2%) were satisfied, 89 eyes (96.7%) were effective. Whereas posterior capsular was damaged and vitreous body was loss in 3 eyes (3.3%) and the operations were finished in retrobulbar anesthesia. The rate about the damage of posterior capsular and loss of vitreous body were lower than those of peri-bulbar anesthesia simultaneously. The reason was probably that the cases were cautiously selected to finfish the first extracapsular cataract extraction in topical anesthesia. Conclusion: The topical anesthesia for extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation might be a safe, effective and convenient method.
