丹红注射液联合巴曲酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛113例

目的观察巴曲酶联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UA）患者的临床效果和对心电图及血浆纤维蛋白原（Fib）的影响。方法不稳定型心绞痛225例,随机分为两组,即对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组用巴曲酶联合丹红注射液,巴曲酶应用6天,第7天开始口服阿司匹林,入院后前2周不用低分子肝素、氯吡格雷,其它治疗同对照组。观察患者心绞痛症状、心电图和Fib变化。结果两组治疗后心绞痛症状、心电图、Fib比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,治疗组心绞痛总有效率达97.3%,无明显不良反应。结论巴曲酶联合丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛有显著疗效，可作为不稳定型心绞痛治疗的一种新途径。

Clinical Technical Study Reports on the Effects of the Unstable Angina Treated with Danhong Zhusheye and Batroxobin

Objective To observe the clinical effect,ECG and Fib changing of the unstable angina treated with Danhong Zhusheye and Batroxobin.Method 225 unstable angina patients were devided into two groups randomly.The control group were treated with conventional therapy;The treatment group were treated with Danhong Zhusheye and Batroxobin for 6 days,Aspirin were added on the 7th day,Low Molecular Heparin and Clopidogrel were not used for the 1st 2 weeks,other treatment measure were same as control group.The changing of angina symptom,ECG and Fib were observed.Result The changing of angina symptom,ECG and Fib were difference significantly between two groups（P0.05,P,0.01）,the total effective rate of angina was 97.3% and there were no adverse reactions to drug obviously.Conclusion There is significant effects on unstable angina treated with Danhong Zhusheye and Batroxobin.This treatment method may be a new route on unstable angina therapy.
