袁氏镇心痛对血浆内皮素和纤维蛋白原的影响

目的 :观察袁氏镇心痛口服液对气虚血瘀型动物血管内皮和凝血系统的影响 ,探讨其治疗冠心病的作用机制。方法 :选取 4 0只Wistar大鼠 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组 8只 ,采用腹腔注射地塞米松的方法制备血瘀模型 ,同时给实验动物灌服实验药物和对照药物。 8d后 ,检测各组血浆内皮素 (ET)和纤维蛋白原 (Fg)。结果 :袁氏镇心痛口服液高、低剂量组及丹参组动物血浆ET和Fg的值均明显低于模型空白组 (P <0 .0 1) ,袁氏镇心痛高剂量组血浆ET和Fg的值明显低于丹参组 (P <0 .0 1) ,袁氏镇心痛低剂量与丹参组疗相当。结论 :袁氏镇心痛口服液治疗冠心病的机制在于该药能降低ET和Fg的水平 ,预防血栓形成 ,改善血液循环

Effects of Yuanshi Zhenxintong Oral Liquid on Plasma ET and Fg

Objective: To observe the effects of Yuanshi Zhenxintong Oral Liquid on the intravascular endothelium and blood coagulation system of animals of qi deficiency and blood stasis and to discuss its mechanism in treating coronary heart disease. Methods: Forty white rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 in each. Intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone was conducted to prepare blood stasis model and at the same time filling of test drugs and control drugs were made to the experimental animals. Results: The value of ET and Fg in the high-dose Yuanshi Zhenxintong group and the low-dose Yuanshi Zhenxintong group and the Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae group was dramatically lower than that in the blank group (P<0.01). The value of plasma ET and Fg in the high-dose Yuanshi Zhenxintong group was markedly lower than that in the Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae group (P<0.01). The curative effect in the low-dose Yuanshi Zhenxintong group was equal to that of the Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae group. Conclusion: Yuanshi Zhenxintong Oral Liquid can reduce the level of ET and Fg, prevent thrombosis and improve blood circulation.
