| 摘 要： | 观察了２２例外科感染患者的白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）的生成和白细胞介素－２受体（ＩＬ－２Ｒ）表达的变化。结果：感染患者ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达明显降低，而手术和非手术治疗均能使ＩＬ－２Ｒ恢复正常；而感染患者淋巴细胞ＩＬ－２生成呈升高趋势，治疗后进一步升高。研究结果提示：淋巴细胞功能异常在外科感染的发生机制中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Production of interleukin-2(IL-2)and expressionof IL-2 receptor (IL-2R ) by peripheral lymphocyteswere observed in 22 patients with surgical infections . Inseptic patients,the IL-2R expression of lymphocyteswas significantly decreased than in the control subjects,and was restored to normal after operative and nonoperative treatments. Lymphocytes in septic patients prtxlucedmore IL-2 than in normal controls. It is suggested thatlymphocyte dysfunction plays an important role in thepathogenesis of surgical infection. |
