外伤性前房积血732例临床分析

目的探讨外伤性前房积血的年龄分布、致伤物、并发症及治疗结果。方法对732例(732眼)前房积血进行分析。结果732例中,发病年龄以20~29岁最多;致伤原因以拳击伤最常见;并发症以外伤性瞳孔散大最多见;绝大部分患眼的视力可以在保守治疗的情况下恢复;732例中,视力恢复到0.6以上的为509例,占69.53%。结论外伤性前房积血的处理原则是仔细全面检查,在促进积血吸收的同时及早发现并预防并发症。一旦有并发症,要积极治疗并严格掌握手术适应症。

Clinical analysis of 732 cases of traumatic hyphema

Objective To investigate the age distribution,pathogenetic objects,complications,treatment results and causes of reduced visual acuity of traumatic hyphema.Methods All the 732 cases were selected from the patients who were admitted to our hospital from July,1991 to July,2006. Results Among the 732 cases,male 658,female 74,the most common age is from 20 to 29;the most common pathogenetic factor is boxing;the most common complication is traumatic mydriasis;the visual acuity of most patients recovered up to more than 0.6;the most common causes of reduced vision were vitreous hemorrhage,secondary glaucoma and retinal detachment. Conclusions The treatment principles of traumatic hyphema are as follows: check the patient carefully,then to promote the absorption of bleeding,at the same time,try to find and prevent complications as soon as possible.If complications happen,try to treat them in time and operation indication should be selected strictly.
