| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对心肌桥的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像患者108例的影像资料。统计心肌桥的检出率及发生部位。结果64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像发现心肌桥-壁冠状动脉（MB—MCA）26例，共28处，其中发生于左前降支的心肌桥-壁冠状动脉18处，占64．3％，为最常见发生部位。结论64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像是一种无创性、准确诊断心肌桥的重要检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of coronary angiography with 64-slice Spiral CT in diagnosing myocardial bridge.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 108 patients with image data of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography,statistics of the myocardial bridge detection rate and location.Results A total of 28 myocardial bridge in 26 subjects were identified,and 18 of them were in the site of left anterior descending branch,the rate was 64.3%.Conclusion 64-slice Spiral CT coronary angiography is an accurate and non-invasive technique in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge. |
