| 摘 要： | 目的与传统方法相比较，探讨斯奇康和氯雷他定治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法随机抽取40例确诊为过敏性紫癜的患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组，各20例，对照组应用传统方法治疗，治疗组在传统方法治疗的基础上口服氯雷他定5mg，1次／d，7d为一个疗程；斯奇康0．5mL／次，肌注，每周2次，18针为一个疗程，并随访1年。结果治疗组治愈率为90．0％，复发率为5．0％；对照组治愈率为70％，复发率为20％。两组痊愈率及复发率比较差异有显著性，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论斯奇康联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of BCG-PSN combining with Loratadine in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura.Methods Forty patients with Anaphylactoid purpura were divided into two groups randomLy.In the treat group patients were treated with BCG-PSN combining with Loratadine.Loratadine was taken each time once a day for 7 days.BCG-PSN:0.5 mL was taken each time twice per week for 7 weeks.And all the patients were observing for one year.Results There were significant different in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of BCG-PSN combining with Loratadine in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura is significant. |
