| 摘 要： | 目的观察血清β-HCG联合孕酮水平测定在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法检测70例异位妊娠患者（异位妊娠组）血清β-HCG及孕酮值，并与52例先兆流产患者（宫内妊娠组）血清β—HCG及孕酮值对照。结果异位妊娠组的血清β-HCG及孕酮值明显低于宫内妊娠组（P〈0．01）。结论血清β-HCG联合孕酮水平测定在异位妊娠诊断中有很重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the Serum β-human ehorionic gonadotropin ratio(β-HCG)and progesterone levels determination by diagnostic test in the prediction of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Seventy patients with ectopic pregnancy(ectopic pregnancy group),52 patients with threatened abortion(intrauterine pregnancy group) were selected.Compared two sets of serum β-HCG and progesterone levels measured.Results Serum β-HCG and progesterone levels of the ectopic pregnancy group were significantly lower than the intrauterine pregnancy group(P < 0.01).Conclusion The serum β-HCG and progesterone level determination in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is of great importance and benefitial in diagnosis. |
